The Academy for Learning Islam (A L I) is pleased to announce following courses for Muslim youths during the first half of the holy month of Ramadan, 1431. Registration is limited to 25 students per class. Hadith: Ramadan is the spring (i.e. the best season) for [reading and studying] the Qur’an

 

This two week course will cover lessons on Qur’anic passages which discuss creation. Students will study verses on plants, animals, rain  . .  etc. and understand some of the literal

and symbolic meanings of these passages.

Dates: August 16th - August 27th, 2010 

Days of the week: Mondays to Fridays (no classes on Saturdays and Sundays) 

Timings: 10:45  - 11:45 a.m

Instructor: Hasanayn Kassamali 

Eligibility: Muslim boys ages 9 -13

Fees: CAD$50.00, payable preferably by cheque in favour of Academy for Learning Islam 

Requirements: Students will require a binder with paper and some stationery, as well as a copy of the Holy Quran with English translation

Fees: CAD$50.00, payable preferably by cheque in favor of Academy for Learning Islam 

Requirements: Students will require a binder with paper and some stationery, as well as a copy of the Holy Quran with English translation.
